These are the rules I have found necessary to have a fair/fun game!
RULES: (yea, there have to be a couple)
1. You will be required to log on to your account daily.If you don't, you will receive a STRIKE. Three strikes and you will be removed from the game. My advice? Bookmark this board and put it on your "To Do" list, or in your smart phone, or something. TYPICALLY, I will post in the morning and late at night. I am not usually able to post until around 11pm EST for results and tribals.
2. If you forget to vote, you will get a self vote.That counts as a strike as well. Please don't self vote. It's just wrong. This game I will also be requiring that you give a reason (that will be published at Tribal Council) for your vote. I may also use a voting parchment, to make it pretty...
3.The host has the FINAL say in any decision.Now, I will be the first to admit that I do from time to time make mistakes but I WILL CORRECT THEM IN A FAIR AND PROMPT MANNER. However, there is no need to be rude or mean to me when i do make a mistake. I put a lot of time and effort into these games to make them fun and aesthetically pleasing, so be nice. I allowed myself to be bullied last season...that will NOT happen again.
4. Confessionals will be REQUIRED. I have a Mystery Co-Host who will be writing Episodes for the Viewers of the B2B Survivor Series. Viewers will be able to pick their favorite player and actually play reward challenges to give you players advantages in the game. ONE confessional PER ROUND is required. (And no, you cannot write 2 in one round and have it carry over. lol). I have made a Confessionals and Votes thread in your confessionals. You may begin writing anytime
5. I will let you know in advance about the challenges. They will either be Non-Live, Live or Time Sensitive. Non-Live ~ You will have at least 24 hours to complete the challenge and time will not be a factor. Live ~ The challenge will start at a particular time and you will be required to be there to compete if possible. (This usually doesn't happen until after merge) Time-Sensitive ~ Not live or Non-live, but first submitted, or completed or random posting will be required.
6. The new messaging allows you to communicate easier than the old version of proboards. You can have a tribal thread, and an alliance thread or just an individual thread. There is also a "Shout Box" on the board, where you can post for everyone to see. It's located at the bottom of the main page. AIM is ok to use but please NO CROSS TRIBAL TALK. You can also use AIM if you wish, but its not required to play the game. Whatever makes it easier for you to communicate with each other, is what's important.
7. Ties will be resolved by either a puzzle or "count how many ? are in the jar".
ABOVE ALL... HAVE FUN! I WANT THIS TO BE AN ENJOYABLE GAME FOR EVERYONE. DRAMA WILL AUTOMATICALLY COME, AS WILL STRATEGY. I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU ALL PLAY.
PS). There will be a confessional idol given away at merge. Whoever the Mystery Co-Host and I believe have done the best confessionals will win a HII that wil be good until F5. Now, notice i didn't say the longest.. LOL.. but the best. Good luck with that as well.
